PAYMENT TERMS
Payments accepted are: credit cards and Bank Transfer in €.
All costs to transmitters’ charge.
Please indicate clearly your name and MMV11 on money orders; a copy of the payment is requested together with the registration and hotel accommodation forms.
Registration and Hotel accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of the relevant payments.
The settlement is required to process your reservation.
Latvia Tours Ltd. will issue a regular invoice for registration and Hotel Reservation.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Any cancellation should be notified in writing to Latvia Tours Ltd. and will be subject to the following conditions:
- Before April 31st, 2022: Refund of registration and hotel settlement, less a 30% administrative
charge.
- After April 31st, 2022: No refund of any kind.
